RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Does your order not meet your expectations? Whatever the reason, you can return your items within 28 days. Piercings and/or jewellery are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons but may be replaced if the product arrives damaged or faulty.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Items must arrive within 60 days of dispatch.

Hygienic seal must be intact.

Returns are accompanied by a fully completed Return Form.

You must contact our customer care team within 14 days of receiving your items.

Returned orders will be processed within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
