How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders placed before 2pm will be shipped the same day. An estimated delivery day can be found in your confirmation email. Please allow 1 working day if your order does not arrive within the time frame. If an item is not in stock you will receive a notification of the delay.
Can I change my delivery adddress?
If your order has not been dispatched, you should let our customer care team know of the change as soon as possible. Please include your order number, existing delivery address, and the requested change. You can contact our customer care team at email@example.com
Items in my order are missing or damaged.
We do our best to prevent any breakage from occurring in transit by sending all orders in protective packaging. If you received a broken item anyway, please get in touch with our customer service team for further support. Please include order details and a clear photo of the damaged product in it’s original packaging.
How do I reurn items I have recieved?
Does your order not meet your expectations? Please contact our team within 28 days to let us know you'd like to return your items. Piercings and/or jewellery are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons but may be replaced if the product arrives damaged or faulty. Please do not return an item before recieving a response from a member of our team. The Return Form can be found in the packaging that was included in your delivery, or downloaded from the returns page.
Can I cancel my order?
You are unable to cancel your order online, please contact our customer care team for further support. Include order information and reason for cancellation. We are unable to cancel orders that have already been shipped.
