Deposits/Bookings

All tattoo bookings must be secured by a deposit (Deposit amount depends on the tattoo) as an example  £30 min and £80 for full days.
Deposits can be paid in the studio by cash or card, or over the phone by debit/credit  card.
All deposits are non-refundable, your deposit secures your artists time-slot/appointment and all preparation prior to the appointment such as consultations and sketches of the design.
Appointment changes/cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours before your appointment time.
Changes/cancellations after this time will result in loss of deposit (no exceptions).

Changes made before 48 hours will be issued with a credit note, to be credited to your re-booking (no refunds).
You, the customer, are fully responsible for your own aftercare.

Nor the artist or Doc Black Ink can be held responsible for poor aftercare once you have left our studio, (please follow the aftercare sheet).
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your tattoo please inform the artist before you leave the studio, we want you to be 100% happy before you leave.
Once your tattoo is fully healed, and you feel you need a touch up this will be carried out free of charge (as long as the aftercare instructions have been followed).

All touch up requests will be at the artists discretion. Please contact us to book a touch up

If you need any further help or advice, or if you have lost your aftercare sheet you can view one from this site or call in to the studio for a new copy.

No deposits are required for piercings they are on a walk in basis.
You will be talked through all stages of your piercing and aftercare before during and after the piercing by our fully qualified piercer.
Once you have received your piercing please follow your aftercare sheet that you will be provided with.
All Piercings are none refundable.

We are always available for help and advice on all aspects of your piercing and aftercare, in the studio or over the phone, if you have any problems then please contact us ASAP.
